Foam, Bodywork & Upholstery Preparation

To ensure the comfort and design of the furniture , we source the highest quality of foams and internal components for the structure of each piece of furniture. Taking into consideration the comfort, we mold each seat to meet the client’s expectation.

During the sewing stage, each pattern repeat is being carefully considered and matched, while ensuring each stich is perfectly in place.

Cutting and Shaping

Once the materials are selected, they are cut and shaped according to the design specifications. For wooden furniture, this might involve cutting boards, shaping them with woodworking tools, and creating joints for assembly.

Joinery and Assembly

  • Joinery techniques, such as dovetails, mortise and tenon, and screws, are used to connect the various components of the furniture securely.


  • Metal furniture might involve welding or fastening metal parts together.

Upholstery & Final Details

Finally, our artisan upholsterers dress each piece of furniture to perfection. Adding details such as studs, piping, trims and fringes.
